It is different for everyone, but I'm like your guy. I am more energized and wanting sex in the morning/afternoon. My wife seems to want it in the evening when I am tired. I am much more take charge when I want sex than when she does, but that helps make sex varied when we switch it up for different times of the day. I am 45 and my wife is 38 and we have way more sex now than when we first dated 17 years ago.
