   Hi,\n\nMy wife did the same, we have a healthy LS relationship goin and out of the blue she decided she wanted to stop. Her concern was that we would be outed as well. We never had any problems and were very cautious who we would meet and play with and still she said she wanted to stop. Nothing you can do, dont push her and dont go behind her back, it always ends bad. Be thankful for the fun you had and move on.

   I can see why this would be great for your daughter so she can do the thing other kids did (sort of). I'm curious what you're also wanting to teach your kid by still having a baptism + what that means to her and her position with other kids (in other words, the impact it'll have for her socially and how she can handle that). We are absolutely the arbiters of our own lives. Making someone else's dictated ceremony our own means you then have a ceremony. Maybe it's just not even needed? I am overthinking it.
