The answer to your awesome science experience is - it depends. I cant put it in a comment, but I have a hood and often handjobs that go from tip to base are more painful than pleasurable. Not to say that its always that way, but the careless stroking typically pushes it toward painful. Plus, its enjoyable if, at the top of the stroke, youre able to play with the head. \n\nAlso feels better if the pressure is varied. As a general idea, things are better when theyre varied.
