Women to find self confidence attractive. Its the same way when men find sexual confident. While I cant tell you if my partner didnt find me attractive bc of confidence bc she hasnt told me. I have noticed a difference when I stopped masturbating and looking at porn. I focused more on valuing sex like its a once in a lifetime event. I expected her to do the same. She didnt know I made this change. She is wildly different now. Simply theres something to this no masturbation and no porn business

I have been listening to LD books and podcasts for about 2.5 months now. I just restarted The Empowered Wife a little over a week ago and have been trying really hard to apply the skills the last two weeks. Last week I accidentally saw on his phone he had a telephone conversation with this woman, and I came here for tips. I followed the tips to not give her oxygen, go on a smile campaign, not confront him, etc. (My previous post was titled Support for an Emotional Affair). So Ive been trying harder to apply the skills recently, and I felt like this last week I was really seeing some results from it.
