But wouldnt that just be treating symptoms and not addressing the root cause of the problem? Again, Im all for medication and therapy. They can be game changers for so many people. I think maybe therapy could help me pinpoint why I feel the need to stay in an optional situation that is causing me negative emotions more so than as a way to cope with said situation. If it were something I couldnt control whatsoever, then sure. I appreciate your input!
